How to choose and book a car rental?

Step 1: Search for a car

1. Go to the "Renе a car" tab on the homepage.

Select the car pick-up location: city, resort, airport, or another location.
Choose the pick-up date and time, as well as the return date and time. If you select the "Return at another location" filter, you can specify the return location.
Select "Driver age 25-69" or enter another relevant value.
You can use the "Automatic gearbox only" filter.
2. Click the "Search" button.


Step 2: Work with the search results

1. Review the search results:

After the search results are displayed, select the car class and rental company, then click on the rental price. Below, you will see specific car models available for booking with the chosen supplier in the selected class. Click "Terms and Conditions" to review the details about insurance and rental conditions.

2. Select the required insurance package and click the "Select" button.


Step 3: Booking a rental car

1. On the booking page, you need to provide:

  • the number of passengers in the car, including the driver;
  • the flight number the tourists are arriving on;
  • additional options: child seat, navigator (available at an extra charge);
  • driver information and tourist contact details;
  • Select  the payment method: by agent or by client.
  • Adjust the commission (increase or decrease) or apply a coupon if necessary.
  • Contact support if needed by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner.
  • Press "Next: Check final details."

2. Review the entered information:

On the data verification page, review the information entered. If necessary, click "Edit data" to go back. Carefully read the booking conditions, check the box to agree to the terms, and then click "Book."

3. Complete the booking:

The booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided. The booking will have a unique number that you can find in the Menu > Work with clients > Bookings section. Changes can be made to the created booking if needed.

4. Pay for the booking and receive the voucher:

The booking must be paid by the specified deadline.

If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled without any penalties.

After full payment, you can find, download, and print the voucher on the corresponding booking page in the Menu > Work with clients > Bookings. section.
