Transfers: how to search and book?

Step 1: Searching Transfers
1. Go to the "Transfers" tab on the homepage.
2. Select the route type:
In the search form, select the route type:
- "One way"
- "Round trip"
3. Select pickup and drop-off points:
You can specify an airport, city, station, port, or hotel. Or use the "Select on Map" function to choose the pickup or drop-off location on the map, such as McDonald's in Kemer.
4. Specify dates:
In the calendar, select the pickup date(s) for the transfer. Transfer booking is possible no later than 24 hours before pickup.
5. Specify the number of passengers:
Choose the number of adults and children. Indicate the age of the children at the time of travel. The maximum allowed number of passengers in one vehicle is 20.
6. Click the Search button:
Step 2: Working with Search Results
1. Review the results:
In the search results, the route is displayed on the map along with all available vehicles for the specified route.
Each transfer has a "Details" button to view more information, such as vehicle class, description, driver’s language, and additional service costs.
2. Select the desired vehicle and click "Book now".
Step 3: Booking the Transfer
1. On the Booking page, provide:
- Pickup address (if needed).
- If booking from or to an airport, enter the flight number and arrival or departure time.
When booking a transfer from the airport, the vehicle’s waiting time is 90 minutes from the specified arrival time. When booking a transfer to the airport, the system will automatically schedule the vehicle to arrive 4 hours before the flight departure; the waiting time at the pickup location is 15 minutes.
For example, if the departure time is 08:00, enter 08:00 as the departure time. The transfer will automatically be scheduled for 04:00 (4 hours before the flight). The driver will arrive for pickup at 04:00 and will wait until 04:15.
- If there are children in the booking, select a booster or child seat for them. For children under 12, we recommend booking a child seat or booster, as the driver may refuse to transport passengers without these safety devices.
- Traveler details.
- Select the payment method: by agent or by client.
- Adjust the commission (increase or decrease) or apply a coupon if necessary.
- Enter the traveler’s email and phone number; it’s recommended to provide a mobile number for one of the travelers with a messenger, preferably WhatsApp, as the driver will use this number to contact the passengers if needed.
- Additional requests.
- Contact support if needed by clicking the chat icon in the lower right corner.
- Press "Next: Check final details."
2. Review the entered information:
On the data verification page, review the information entered. If necessary, click "Edit data" to go back. Carefully read the booking conditions, check the box to agree to the terms, and then click "Book."
3. Complete the booking:
The booking confirmation will be sent to the email provided. The booking will have a unique number that you can find in the Menu > Work with clients > Bookings section. Changes can be made to the created booking if needed.
4. Pay for the booking and receive the voucher:
The booking must be paid by the specified deadline.
If payment is not made within the specified timeframe, the booking will be automatically canceled without any penalties.
After full payment, you can find, download, and print the voucher on the corresponding booking page in the Menu > Work with clients > Bookings. section.
